2010 Reservations

Update a Reservation

Submit ISU Approval Number

Due to overwhelming demand and congestion at portal and destination airports (YVR, YYC, YLW, YYJ, YXX and ZBB) the 2010 Airport Reservation Office will no longer be accepting or processing change requests for arrival or departure times. Change requests received prior to this notice will be processed in the order received. In addition, be advised that capacity to process change requests for aircraft up-gauging is extremely limited.

New reservation requests will continue to be processed in the order that they are received.

As of January 14th, 2010 reservations will no longer require the ISU approval number to confirm reservations. If you have received reservation numbers from the Airport Reservation Office please consider these CONFIRMED. This does not preclude you from having to receive your ISU flight authorization code.

Update An Existing Reservation
Due to the overwhelming amount of reservation requests changes will be implemented in the following order:
  1. New reservation requests
  2. Changes to Canadian Portals or US Gateway airports
  3. Other change requests to be processed on a first-come/ first-serve basis in the order in which they were received.
If you do not receive a confirmation of a change request then your reservation remains as per the original request.
